REPLENISHMENT-MERCHANDISING ASSOCIATE
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for replenishment of merchandise to the sales floor from the stockroom using replenishment reports. Assists in the stocking/merchandising of incoming truck freight to the sales floor and stockroom.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
_Customer Service:_
* Greets all customers encountered. Assists customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Effectively responds to questions and requests from customers.
* Promptly responds to call box, phone calls and pages for areas of responsibility. Assists at POS/customer service as needed. Responds appropriately to POS back up calls. Complies with company's 2 in a line standard.
* Properly holds merchandise for customers when needed, including returning merchandise not picked up to the sales floor. Processes rainchecks within Company standards.
* Solicits customers to apply for Kohl's charge. Opens new accounts in accordance with Company standards.
_Stocking 6AM - 6PM, SUNDAY - SATURDAY
