Very nice apartment one block from KSU campus! Rent is low for the quality of the apartment and the location. You would have your own room your own bathroom and a large living room area. We dont throw parties although we do sometimes stay out late. Were very respectful of eachothers belongings and personal space and we have awesome neighbors! Utilities are usually around $50 a month and were within walking distance to Aggieville. Its a really great place!!
